Company Description Trafix Media is a high growth company specialising in performance-based digital marketing campaigns across a number of sectors. We generate new customers at scale for our clients through an array of digital media campaigns (operating cross-channel). We have a requirement for a Sales Executive to join our team. The role requires an understanding of various media channels (PPC, Social, Content), knowledge of the different customer acquisition strategies and ability sell services. Job Description The ideal candidate will be managing an existing portfolio of accounts and building relationships with new clients. A consultative approach is needed within this role; you will meet with clients to really understand them and their business, demonstrating your market knowledge and identifying our product placement. Responsibilities * Manage organisational sales through set business/product plan * Meet monthly sales target * Liaise with operation team to manage client expectations * Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions * Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends , market activities, and competitors * Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling , networking and social media * Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Qualifications * 2+ years in sales within Marketing agency sales or similar sector * Confidence to secure sales * Naturally proactive and ambitious * Commercially driven individuals with an entrepreneurial approach * Knowledge of digital marketing Additional Information * 25,000 - 35,000 (dependent upon experience) * Target related bonus * Flexible working environment Qualifications: 2+ years in sales within Marketing agency sales or similar sector Confidence to secure sales Naturally proactive and ambitious Commercially driven individuals with an entrepreneurial approach Knowledge of digital marketing Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be managing an existing portfolio of accounts and building relationships with new clients.
