Job Description

Estates Multi Skilled Handy Person Based at Mount Vernon You will be carrying out minor repairs and routine planned maintenance on our building fabric ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures. Carry out general maintenance work on the building fabric within the Trust's areas of responsibility. To support the delivery of high quality health services to the local population by the provision of a comprehensive, responsive estate maintenance service, resulting in a high quality safe environment for patients, staff and visitors. You should have at least 2 years relevant experience having demonstrated high versatility and flexibility. You will be expected to attend further training courses as necessary. It may be necessary to work at weekends and outside normal working hours. A full current UK driving licence would be beneficial.
