Long Description In this role you will own global Performance Development (PD) processes and frameworks from goal setting through to end of year review. Provide expertise in talent management, assessment & development. Drive global solutions and processes across markets to contribute to Vodafone's performance culture and Spirit. With us you will... -Lead Vodafone's global performance development journey and associated activity; working with market & functional talent leads, who are responsible for the delivery into their areas. -Drive and collaborate on the PD processes globally (frameworks, standards, communication and learning), engaging a network of global PD leads. -Lead for Success Factors PD, ensuring effective delivery, simplification and enhancements of the system to support HR & the business. -Designing and implementing innovate and digital solutions to performance and talent management driving simplification and further enhancing the employee experience. -Provide performance, talent insights, reporting and analysis to support key stakeholders (ExCo, HRLT, Group Talent). -Provide external and internal insights and benchmarking on performance & talent management. -Working with and engaging the global community ensuring successful implementations and adoption of global solutions. -Support on wider talent projects and activity across Group and markets. Core competencies, knowledge and experience: -Experience of talent management and preferably PD in large global organisations. -Experience of process and system design and improvement. -Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. -Professional credibility, drive and engagement to take initiatives forward. -Broad HR background to enable identification of interdependencies between different aspects of the employee journey.
