Job Description

Great Place, Great Governance. Great Place, Great Governance. Are you an experienced Administrator with minute taking experience, an excellent eye for detail and first class organisational skills? Reporting to the Company Secretary and assisting the Governance Officer, you will contribute to providing an excellent governance and compliance framework across the organisation. You will be responsible for managing the meeting process for internal committees and assist with Board Meeting preparation. You will take minutes at meetings and formulate action points for circulation in a timely manner. You will help to prepare information for annual returns to multiple regulators and help with coordinating the Executive Directors diaries and administration requests. You will also assist the Data Protection Advisor with SARS requests and data breach administration. We're looking for a confident self-starter with lots of enthusiasm and the desire to learn about governance, risk and data protection. We will invest in you with training and mentoring, and support you to develop your skills in administration and board governance.
