Competitive Salary + Benefits A thriving company within the Finance & Banking sector is looking for a Governance & Risk Analyst to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The company is FTSE 250 listed and are registered on the London Stock Exchange. OVERVIEW As a Governance & Risk Analyst , you will play a key part in supporting the team in executing risk governance activities in accordance with the Governance & Control Framework by producing impactful and timely data insights. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Governance & Risk Analyst your key duties will include: * Using technical skills to automate the team's first line control activities, working closely with the First Line Controls Officer * Identifying, measuring, tracking, monitoring and reporting on operational and conduct risks identified as a result of the team's risk governance and first line control activities * Conducting trend analysis using available data to highlight key operational and conduct risks * Producing reports and governance dashboards for the consumption of Senior Management and Board * Establishing and maintaining a strong partnership with stakeholders across the business REQUIREMENTS To be considered for the role of Governance & Risk Analyst, you must: * Be educated to GCSE level, Maths & English grade C or above * Experienced with Microsoft VBA and advanced Microsoft Excel * Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills * Experienced reporting and producing data insights for board level reports * Basic knowledge of Tableau (desirable) * Some experience of risk management (desirable) NEXT STEPS To become a Governance & Risk Analyst , apply with your up to date CV.
