Service Governance Delivery Manager (Manager) Role Profile Department Description Group IT Service Management, Infrastructure Shared Services Team Description Service Architecture & Governance Role Description Reporting to the Service Architecture & Governance Manager, the role is responsible for the governance of ITSM processes and supporting activities. The role will own and run process governance forums, manage any audits and risks against our process and functions, supporting and driving delivery of actions and outcomes. The role will become an SME of ITSM processes and capabilities, supporting new initiatives and representing the Group ITSM function where required. Key Responsibilities The key duties of the role will include most or all of the following: Role Specific Responsibilities & Accountabilities * Ensure all process documents are maintained and reviewed inline with required dates * Own and run process governance forums to enable maturity of our processes and coloration across Group Technology Services functions and locations * Own and drive ITSM relates risk closure, audits completion activities ensuring no repeat findings * Provide SME input of the ITSM function to projects and initiatives where required * Ensure robust process KPIs are in place, reported on and actively improved * Provide management information on the maturity and performance of our ITSM processes Other activities * Supporting the Group IT Service Management function where required Key behaviours and skills required to be successful in the role: * 5 years plus in an ITSM Service Delivery/Operations based role * Process design and governance experience * Works closely with Process Owners/Operational leads to ensure compliance to ITSM process & best practice * Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels * ITIL v3 2010 Lifecycle - Operations, Transition, Strategy, Design, SCI * Advanced ServiceNow experience in ITSM usage and capability People are at the heart of what we do and drive the success of our business.
