Were currently looking for an energetic, determined and experienced Finance & Strategy Analyst to contribute towards top- and bottom-line growth throughout the company and drive improved automation within financial operations. This role is critical to evaluating strategic opportunities and implementing scalable processes to support our company's rapid growth trajectory. As a Finance & Strategy Analyst, you will: * Work closely with the Global Operations team to assess data and reporting needs, design & build the necessary analytical data architecture, and develop business performance reports and visual dashboards to streamline the decision-making process * Prepare internal market reports on market and industry trends to share with senior executives and directors * Build operating and financial models to simulate different strategic opportunities for the company, and report on the results of these analyses to senior stakeholders * Distill complex financial data from multiple data sources into simple unit economics models, and report on key unit economics metrics such as CAC, LTV, and PBP * Drive and automate reports on user retention and behaviour, including cohort analyses and segmentation * Identify and reconcile data discrepancies from disparate data sources, and work closely with relevant stakeholders (finance, product) to drive improved data architecture throughout the company * Drive continuous improvement and automation in all finance operations within the company, including sales, account management, purchasing, and reporting Requirements Your Profile * 4+ years of experience working in operations, finance, budgeting, or modelling * Experience with SQL for querying and reporting data * Ability to build complex models off of simple, standard assumptions * Strong attention to detail, including an ability to reconcile data * Experience building models for growth-stage companies and understanding major revenue / cost drivers and sensitivity analyses * Organised and professional demeanor and comfort working directly with senior stakeholders (executive and director level) * Analytical mind and business acumen, including ability to digest complex data into simple reports and present findings clearly and succinctly to senior stakeholders * Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, mine, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy * Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems, etc.), or equivalent experience Nice to Have * Experience working in a Big 4 accounting firm, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or management consulting is a huge plus * Previous experience in the internet, software or e-commerce sectors * Ideally a keen interest in the Beauty and Wellness industry Benefits * Salary Range: 45K - 65K * Career advancement opportunities at our fast-growing business * Flexible working hours in our comfortable and modern Shoreditch based office (5 mins walk to Liverpool St station) * Working with a talented, passionate, and creative team in a fun work environment * Opportunities for travel throughout our global offices * Fruits, cookies, coffee and tea on the house to keep you rolling like a pro * The chance to be part of building one of the worlds most exciting high-growth, venture-backed startups If you feel this job ad describes the company you want to work for, don't hesitate.
