Were currently looking for a Performance Marketing Executive, who is looking to broaden their experience, to one day, lead a marketing team as a CMO. Key Responsibilities: * Preparing and executing digital marketing strategy to drive growth * Defining digital channel mix, its execution and testing. To be specific: PPC, Programmatic (including social) and affiliate. * Working to build a performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, automation, and optimisation * Using a data-driven methodology to improve effectiveness in all marketing paid channels * Working with tech and product to integrate marketing technology and tools needed to drive efficiencies * Working with the marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages * Ensuring synergy between all teams (Marketing, B2B, Channel Partnerships & Community) and knowledge sharing Key Requirements: * Proven experience in performance marketing, from strategy through to execution and optimisation. (Have used some/all: Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360, Kenshoo, DV360, Campaign Manager, Amazon Marketing Services, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads and Linkedin Ads) * A data-driven mindset and strong commercial acumen * Comfortable with producing excel sheet reports and formulas * As an inbound specialist, have experience with working with product and UX teams. * Have owned or managed websites or products, like apps etc (agency experience or client side * An understanding of SEO and Marketing Technology, AB testing tools * Familiarity with marketing to B2B audience * Ability to lead on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment * Team management and leadership experience - must be approachable and hands on Bonus if you have:. * Interest for creative and brand * Led a innovate new marketing function or new media format * Have experience in commercial partnerships and brokering media deals * Understanding of CRM * Experience working with the CMS tool, Prismic * Experience in SQL and BI tools like Tableau Benefits Our social mission is at the heart of our business so if doing good is as important as building a commercial business to you, you will find WhiteHat incredibly rewarding.
