Job Title: Customer Service Fibre Installation Engineer Who are we? Airband, a well-established innovative family established Internet Service Provider is expanding! We have secured several multi-million projects and are continuing to acquire more. We are looking for a Customer Service Engineer who goes beyond the expected. In short, we're looking for a Customer Service Engineer who demonstrates our values. Does this sound like you? Responsibilities: + Efficiency Improvements: Ensuring that our customers are using our broadband as soon as they can is your mission. You will ensure that all customer service visits are completed and activated on the first visit + Excellent Customer Experience: You will ensure that every installation milestone is excellent. You will be professional, courteous and will leave customers properties clean and tidy with a superfast service, which they will recommend to others + Continuous Improvements: You will review your performance regularly to understand how you can make improvements in your customer service delivery. Adhering to business processes is key as well as identifying improvements so the customer experience can be constantly improved + Health and Safety: Ensuring Health and Safety is a priority when working on site, taking into consideration your own safety and that of customers. What are we looking for? + Customer service experience in a service environment + Capable of carrying out basic installation duties + Confident in the use of hand and power tools. + Experience within the telecoms industry a distinct advantage. + Good written and numerical skills What's in it for you? + 20,000 basic with installation bonuses to achieve up to 30,000 + Commercial vehicle & fuel with private use as an option + Tools, equipment & work clothing provided + Laptop & mobile phone + 20 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing to 22 days after the first year, and an extra day each year worked (up to 28) + 5% Airband pension plus minimum 3% employee contribution + Cycle to work scheme + Lots of opportunities for progression + A chance to be involved in Airband's exciting journey If you meet the criteria above we would love to hear from you.
