Overview
We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to work Part Time during week days for our Worcester based client. You will be required to work 3 x four hour shifts between the hours of 2.00pm - 8.00pm so flexibility is a must. Delivering exceptional Customer Service you will be first point of contact for customers and ensure accurate and up to date records are maintained. Hourly pay £9.50 - £11.00 depending on experience. Duties & Responsibilities - - Liaising with customers by telephone - Provide up to date information in a timely and efficient manner - Dealing with queries or referring to relevant department - Updating and maintaining accurate records and call notes - Working with confidential information - Following company policies and procedures - Ensuring company compliance is met If you have strong communication skills and are looking for part time Customer Service role to start as soon as possible apply now to avoid disappointment.
