Customer Service Coordinator Permanent Upton upon Severn £18,500.00 per annum About our client Our client a successful company based in the Upton upon Severn area seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their company on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager will become a valued team member that deals with customer enquiries and orders from initial enquiry / order payment through to delivery in a professional manner and in accordance with the Company KPI's along with updating systems. Commutable distances to Upton upon Severn, include Worcester, Malvern, Ledbury and the surrounding areas. Role Requirements • Dealing with all processing of a customer orders • Notify customers if any shipment delays • Regular communication with Customers concerning deliveries and delivery dates – both verbal and in writing • Direct communication with all colleagues to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customer (i.e. Production / Transport) • Direct communication with Contracts Managers and other stakeholders as required to satisfy customers • Weekly reporting on current status of all contracts to the manager and the customer • Taking accountability for solving issues relative to responsibilities • Correct use, data entry and maintenance of information on all IT systems • Timely and accurate communication to line Manage if issues are preventing meeting promises made to customers • Processing orders through their internal system and any other customer systems as required • General filing and archiving completed within a timely manner Successful Candidate • Demonstrable experience working within an office environment, in a similar role • Proven experience with all Microsoft Office and other appropriate IT systems • Excellent communication skills with good listing skills and confident with telephone, emails and verbal communication. • Proven experience of working towards KPI's • Take a proactive approach to problem solving and reaching a positive outcome • The ability to work on own initiative but also be confident to ask questions when required • Have an exceptional eye for detail What's on offer? • Permanent position • £18,500.00 per annum • Free Parking • Great Culture and working environment • Hours of Work Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 5:00pm and Friday 08:30 – 3:45pm How To Apply: If you think you have the skills and experience we are looking for then please click to apply.
