Customer Service Operative Worcester Contract Currently recruiting for a Customer Services Operative to work on a contract basis in Worcester. The role will entail taking orders, responding to customers queries and resolving issues that may arise. Our ideal candidate: We are looking for a friendly team player, who has previous experience in an office based customer service desk GCSE (C) in Maths and English. Work schedule during the training period: Mon - Friday After training, the work schedule will be as follows: Mon - Friday: 7.5 hours (excluding 30mins for lunch) between the hours of 0800 - 1730 one Saturday in every 3 to be worked 0900-1700 with the following Wednesday off. Possibility of overtime as and when required. The customer services operative will deliver excellent customer service to new and existing customers by efficiently and confidently managing inbound calls to best achieve customer satisfaction. The interview process will take around 1hr30mns and will include: - Interview (competency based) - Candidate led short presentation on 'something you are passionate about'.
