Overview

Part-time Customer Administrator Monday & Tuesday – 18hrs 8am - 6pm £19,500 - pro rata Providing a high level of customer service to resolve problems and to provide a high-quality service to internal and external clients. Guide and coach clients and users on the use of an in-house system via telephone and e-mail. Working closely with colleagues to ensure accurate and consistent service. Main duties will include effectively answering and resolving queries from internal and external customers Providing support, guidance and training to clients Prioritise a high workload Working to KPI’s and SLA’s to maintain outstanding service Must have previous office-based experience in a customer service role Confident in the use of Microsoft Office Experience in logging calls and queries on an electronic system Good coaching skills Skills required: Excellent customer service and communication skills Great attention to detail, accuracy and quality Strong team player Time management, prioritisation and ability to multi-task Ability to maintain a professional, calm and mature manner Results orientated Empathetic Good analytical skills Please contact Michelle at Redwood Search Recruitment Agency Worcester for more information By applying for this role your details will be submitted to Redwood Search.
