Job Description
Finance Project Manager Our finance team is evolving quickly in line with the high growth and international expansion, hence requiring us to invest into new projects to scale up the finance infrastructure. We are now looking for a talented Finance Project Manager to join the Finance team for a 6 months period, based in our London office, to assist in delivering a number of short term strategic finance projects. You will work closely with the Senior Finance Analyst (to be recruited) and report directly into the CFO. What you'll do You will work closely with all members of the Finance team, and where relevant with the line managers in the business. Your role is to help us plan, coordinate, and implement various short term strategic finance projects. On a more granular level, you will be involved in: * Fundraising activities You will maintain the data room and documents flow up to date for investors, liaise with line managers for their inputs, update presentation decks, and prepare adhoc excel reports for investors. * Crowdfunding campaign - you will work closely with the CFO and the cross functional task force to prepare the investors and communications materials. You will drive the communication funnel during the campaign, to coordinate the execution of all the legal, corporate and administrative aspects (in collaboration with the legal and finance departments). * Assist with the corporate set up of a new business division this will include assisting in the business modelling, the creation of a new legal entity, its banking infrastructure as well as intercompany flows. What were looking for * 3+years experience in a high growth entrepreneurial environment preferably with digital businesses. * Exposed to fundraising activities in the past, crowdfunding would be an asset. * Highly numbers literate and you have a very strong command of Excel and Powerpoint * Very strong analytical skills and an acute, meticulous attention to detail * You have demonstrable experience in project management.
