We are seeking a seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager for our buzzing tapas bar and restaurant in the heart of West Bridgford. escabeche focuses on delivering excellent freshly cooked tapas with brilliant friendly service in a fun and vibrant atmosphere. We are Nottingham based and family-run, our small group of venues also includes Perkins Bar & Bistro and The Carriage Hall in Plumtree. As part of our front of house management team the purpose of the Assistant Manager is to assist the General Manager to profitably manage all aspects of the venue.
