RXBAR is one of the fastest growing natural brands in the US and the National Account Manager for the Grocery and High Street channel has responsibility for ensuring we replicate that same success in the UK market. This person will develop strong relationships with key customers, develop customer-specific sales strategies and develop excellent cross-functional collaboration with internal partners. Job Responsibilities: * National account management of key customers in the Grocery and High Street channels * Build strong relationships with buyers and their extended buying teams, becoming a key-strategic partner * Best in class execution against 3P's: pricing, promotion & placement * Full P&L responsibility for customers and channels * Build and deliver exciting growth plans in each of these accounts - selling in NPD, executing promotional plans and suggesting other initiatives to increase sales. * Monitor and track forecast vs target and report variances back to the business on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis. * Work closely with the marketing team to unlock incremental opportunities within your customers * Manage shopper marketing budget to execute dynamic, awareness driving shopper programming * Be a thought-partner within the business to build & adapt our company strategy to your customers * Support across all other sales channels, and customer service, as needed. Skills & Qualifications: * Positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and excitement for growing our business * Proven track record in national account management sales role * Highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Entrepreneurial mindset with a 'self-start' mentality * Results driven and persistent in the face of ambiguity and dynamic work conditions * Problem-solver seeking innovative and creative solutions with a consistent focus on details * Be comfortable with a workday and schedule that isn't always highly structured or predictable - this is anything but a 'punch in, punch out' situation * Degree in business or related field desirable
