We are seeking 2 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help us continue to dominate one of the most buoyant, fast-growing industries, that is changing the world and the speed in which we receive items. Supporting grocery and hospitality chains as well as pharmacies, LineTen's platform ensures all items are received on time and most importantly, by those most vulnerable. Though LineTen is no one-trick pony, our platform is the leading integration hub between POS, eCommerce platforms and delivery companies globally. You name it - we deliver. The Role We are seeking self-motivated, passionate individuals to join our growing team. This position is key to filling the top of the funnel and assisting the Sales team in closing deals with qualified prospects. You will have the opportunity to impact the bottom line by generating revenue through identifying new opportunities and to learn one of the most fascinating fast-paced industries. You will receive in-depth coaching and training from your highly credible Sales Director as well as support from your colleagues, whilst taking advantage of our 2000pa training budget. The team and the company are expected to double in size over the next 12 months, creating excellent career opportunity including the scope to build an SDR function or be part of the full sales life cycle. Responsibilities * Work alongside sales, marketing and leadership to execute targeted outbound prospecting. * Market research to identify new potential customers, lead generation and qualification of these leads through independent prospecting. * Identifying specific prospects/partners to approach and effectively communicate the specific value proposition for the customer's business. * Leveraging cold calling (quality not quantity), emailing, and social media to build the sales funnel. * Build and develop relevant industry knowledge depending on geography/vertical. * Track all client communications, coordinate meetings with sales executives and dutifully log all activities in CRM. * Accountable for meeting or exceeding monthly qualified lead objectives and quotas. Requirements * Must demonstrate a desire to learn, embrace new concepts and be passionate about leveraging the email/phone / social networks to drive opportunity. * Proven experience of SDR or Inbound Enterprise B2B Sales. * Be resourceful, using your initiative and have a passion for working in an effective and self-guided manner in a fast-paced environment, with a drive for hunting, winning and providing value target prospective accounts. * Salesforce/Hubspot experience. * Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks. * Understanding of generating pipeline through outbound/inbound activity, and utilizing CRM software to aide in engagement. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying partner needs.
