Wanted! An experienced Aftersales Manager to join a busy family run dealership that focus on delivering exceptional customer service. We thrive on delivering a great experience for our customers across our new, used, servicing and commercial ranges. If you're a strong leader with a customer focused and a proven track record we want to hear for you. Requirements * Be a strong performer, motivating leader and able to balance workload to maximise results. * Coordinating efficient and cost-effective process for aftersales and servicing of vehicles whilst maintaining excellent CSI scores. * Maximise team performance, team morale and overcome any challenges. * Right to live and work in the UK. * Full UK Diving License. Benefits * Must have previous experience as an Aftersales Manager. * Strong leadership and evidence of outstanding customer service. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Competitive salary DOE £40,000.00 +. * Bonus structure.
