The applicant must have franchise experience, be process driven and have experience in similar roles. You will be welcomed into a warm and friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. Main: * Full Time / Permanent * Competitive salary A large part of this multi-function role involves: * Ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, identify priorities and schedule work appropriately. * Processing warranty claims to strict manufacture standards * Ensuring accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis and monitor daily warranty reports. * A friendly but professional manner and able to demonstrate integrity, discretion and objectivity. * Able to meet deadlines without compromising on the quality of work. * Be a good communicator both written and verbally, even under pressure. * Excellent interpersonal skills able to develop productive and cooperative relationships with colleagues and customers. * Able to maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, franchise partners and customers. * Understand how to effectively schedule and allocate work to ensure that is completed within the required time frame. * Monitor progression of vehicles through the workshop and proactively address any potential issues. * Ensure that all quality-related and audit practices are maintained. * Update customer on progress of their vehicle and seek authorisation for additional work. * Identify parts and supply required parts for workshop repairs. * Process parts order for service customers. * During busy periods assist with other duties within the service and parts department. * Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30 and 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00 - 13:00 If you meet the criteria above, we would love to hear from you.
