Aftersales Retention Product Controller - High Wycombe My client, a leading automotive manufacturer is currently recruiting for an Aftersales Retention Product Controller to join their Aftersales team. Overall Purpose of Role Programme management of workshop retention products and services, and management of local parts and initiatives to increase customer retention and extended maintenance part sales. Responsibilities: * Owner and driver of all workshop retention products and services for new and used cars * Management of local parts and services including oil, tyres, 0% repair finance, number plates, and insurance * Management of dealership tools aimed to streamline dealer processes, increase customer satisfaction and drive sales * Monthly reporting and benchmarking to identify product trends, and identify sales and new customer retention opportunities * Launching new European and local products to increase customer value, upsell and retention * Development of dealer quarterly campaigns * Business planning and forecasting * Dealer communications relating to retention products and services and marketing briefs aimed to support and drive retention initiatives * Invoicing and payments of local business activities Required Skills * Excellent excel and data manipulations skills * Access Reporting * Automotive Industry knowledge required, ideally knowledge of Aftersales and dealer workshop environment If you are interested in exploring this role further please email your updated cv to Lucy@nticesearch.com
