Overview

Our well-established client who are based in Twigworth, Gloucester have a new exciting opportunity for a highly-organised and motivated individual to join their team as an Aftersales Administrator on a part-time permanent basis. To be considered for this role you will need to have good administration experience within a property environment or hold strong customer care experience. The role will require occasional visits to the Head Office based in Swindon and other Parks within the Group. Key Responsibilities; - Ensure that CRM is kept up to date - Follow up on all aftersales relating to new homes - Booking appointments with customers and manufacturers/contractors - Issuing all Aftersales Letters and Documentation - Preparation of Customer Handover Packs - Liaising with Sales Team on all aftersales - Answering all rental enquiries - Arranging Repairs internally and externally - Arranging Gas Safety and Electrical Inspections - Answering telephone enquiries - Arranging Viewings and appointments Candidate Attributes; - Excellent verbal and written communication - Organisational and time management skills - Previous experience within a busy sales/letting’s office would be beneficial - Interest in property - Administrative skills - Attention to detail - Full clean driving license - Microsoft Word and Excel skills Hours; 25 hours per week - Monday to Friday - My client is flexible on hours, happy to consider school hours Salary; £23,000 pro rata plus bonus
