Job Description
Role: Performancec Manager/ Data Analyst Location: London ROLE MISSION As the Performance Manager, you'll deliver best in class data analysis and reporting to understand marketing effectiveness, return on investment and consumer behaviour to drive greater insight and optimisation of our clients brand assets and activations. As well as take an active role in e-commerce customer analytics, leading our expertise to smarter customer data, insights and data sources. THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF... You would like to be a part of something new and dynamic and you are looking for an opportunity to work with innovative brands across Europe and ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING You will be working closely with a team composed of transformation lead, social and community managers, digital and integrated designers, copywriters and transcreation managers. Your team will support our client's Europe markets (France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Benelux, UK, Poland, The Netherlands), as well as work withthe global, digital, production and brand teams. This team will serve as our client's bespoke agency, working at the heart of their business. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE * To deliver best in class social analytics for client projects that deliver true insight and actionable next steps, including in-flight optimisation. Experience of social reporting and listening (using tools such as Sprinklr) is essential * To deliver web analytics using Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to understand the wider marketing funnel and associated journeys * To present and explain the results of analysis to non-technical clients and colleagues * To report on the success of campaigns using highly visual techniques including dashboard builds, to highlight trends in the data and the rationale for trends * To work closely with the rest of the team (onsite and in the Hub) to develop innovative solutions to client projects * To assist with the development of business cases in support of campaign and wider data initiatives * To advise clients on the optimum way to use data and analytical techniques to drive maximum value from their data * Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL * A minimum of 4 years' experience within data analytics roles * Must be a strategic thinker with an innovative approach to data, pushing the boundaries of how data can be used to decode consumers more emotional needs and solve business problems * Get the content, customer experience and creative teams to embrace and use the data insights you produce. Ensuring the team take a test and learn approach to content; real time data and insight driven optimisation to improve performance of digital content * Ability to utilise varying analytical techniques based on the data sources available, and the requirements of the brief * Strong interest in and familiarity with technology and the understanding of analytical practices and processes * Solid understanding of social media and e-Commerce business, website advertising and other third-party data sources (i.e. Nielsen, Shopalyst) Not essential but an advantage: * Experience in retail and beverages sector * Multi-market Europe experience * Languages spoken (Italian, French, Spanish, German, Dutch, Polish) ABOUT OUR COMPANY Many companies talk about having a unique and thriving business model but INSIDE IDEAS GROUP truly does.
