As the Customer Service Administrator you will be the main contact for customer accounts ensuring all orders and any related issues are addressed and resolved i.e. order inquiries, ship dates, order changes, repairs and RMA's. In addition, you will be required to assist and support other customer service associates with administrative duties and communicate effecitvely with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc. Other essential duties will be ordering and processing including: order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies.Training will be provided ESSENTIAL TASKS: * Providing excellent customer Service * Processing Returns * Customer Invoicing * Prepare Forecast Reports * Administrative Support * Order Processing YOU MUST HAVE * Fluency in GERMAN or FRENCH is essential. Additional European languages will also be considered. * Customer Service experience and working with key accounts * Good adminstration & communication skills * High School Diploma, or equivalent.
