Job Description
What are we looking for? Due to a crucial new project within our organisation, we have a fantastic opportunity for a confident and motivated Production Supervisor to join our site manufacturing team in Motherwell, immediately on an 18-month fixed term contract. As a Production Supervisor , you will prioritise team workload and drive continuous improvement across your team, whilst ensuring production commitments are met. Key Responsibilities: * You'll be leading the site maintenance program * You'll directly supervise production operators, whilst driving productivity improvements * You'll be maintaining compliance to to the expected standards at all times * You'll foster and drive a culture of continuous improvement * Review quality output and coach team improvements * Collaborate with customers and cross functional teams * Responsible for deliverables of Safety Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory (WIP) * Supervise production in manufacturing cell. * Manage production operators and cell champions.
