Job Description We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Commercial Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Commercial & Capabilities Manager lies within the International Sauces team. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Your primary responsibility is identifying and implementing growth opportunities across the international zone (all countries except US & Canada). You will be constantly looking to provide strategic & operational support to the country commercial and marketing teams. In brief, you will be responsible for; * Drive and ensure the successful delivery of internal initiatives that deliver growth across time. * Lead and manage the capability and strategy across the region to ensure the countries have the capacity and flexibility required to respond to current & future consumer trends. * Interpret changes in retailer strategies or customer demands by working together with the local teams to understand the longer-term impacts. Main Responsibilities * Act as centre of excellence for the development and consistent deployment of standards and ways of working within the sauce's category. * Design & deliver cross-functional initiatives to fuel growth partnering with broader teams e.g. Marketing, Finance, R&D, RGM. * Drive portfolio management identifying pack & product portfolio opportunities across the international zone * Define ranging & portfolio principles * Drive de-complexity initiatives across the sauce's portfolio Qualifications Hard Skills Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position. Education - Bachelor's Degree in business studies or a related field Work Experience - 2 - 4 Top-tier strategy consulting firm or in-house consultancy - preferably with CPG Knowledge : * Confident with numbers and large datasets * High proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint * Ability to create new & sustainable operating models to shape future business Language Knowledge - Fluency in English Professional Attributes * Communication Skills * At Kraft Heinz you'll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level.
