Job Description

Global Aware International, a Mitie Company, has the requirement for a full time Technical Project Administrator to help administer the continued development of projects and support of their suite of products in a customer facing role. The applicant should be an enthusiastic individual with excellent knowledge of corporate operating procedures. Someone who is a motivated self-starter, capable of working to deadlines both individually and as part of a team. Excellent level of communication skills both written and oral. Client facing with the ability to interact with people of all levels. The position being offered is predominately home based with regular team meetings in Bracknell; customer visits will also be required throughout the UK. Main Duties : * Provide in-depth knowledge to customers in relation is standard operating procedure. * Document standard operating procedures textually and visually. * Make changes to procedures within our in-house application. * Collate data and generate reports for customer. * Become the point of contact between the customer and technical team. * Perform general project admin tasks. * Ability to adhere to change management processes. Person Specification * Knowledge of criminal process and standard operating procedures. * Retail Crime knowledge beneficial. * Investigation and Analysis experience advantageous. * Good knowledge of MS Office. * Good literacy and communication skills and have excellent verbal and written English. * Reliability, self- motivation and ability to use own initiative and work without supervision. * The ability to solve problems, make decisions and prioritise. * Self-confidence and an interest in self-development. * An interest in the continuous improvement of both the Company's and Customer's performance.
