Customer Technical Lead Location: Barnwood, Gloucester (Full-time remote working during COVID-19) Salary: Competitive Hours: 37.5 COVID-19 Notice: We are continuing recruitment and have implemented new processes that promote candidate and employee safety. Our network operations teams ensure our customers remain connected to their Vodafone services 24/7, constantly monitoring and enhancing network performance. Be part of Vodafone UK Technology Operations, the team that uses the latest technology and analytics to continually improve customer experience. What will you be doing? You will identify and manage technical customer service enhancements or improvements using the appropriate procedures and tools whilst liaising with technical design and support teams to validate work and drive improvements. Furthermore, you will be doing pro-active Reporting for other business units on service performance, or in response to major faults, platform reviews or as part of on-going continual improvement programme. Most importantly, you will act as a technical consultant throughout the lifecycle of services taken by the nominated customer, assisting with operational readiness and integration as required. Who are we looking for? * Someone with strong customer and stakeholder management skills * Able to act as key stakeholder for customer across multiple technologies. * Ability to produce quality documentation * Ability to provide guidance to technical teams * Analytical and problem solving skills * You will need to be eligible for SC clearance to be considered for this vacancy What's in it for you?
