Job Description
The Opportunity Save the Children International are currently looking to hire a Change & Deployment Analyst, on an initial 12 month contract, to work within our newly created Transformation Delivery team. This team will enable the timely implementation of new supporting systems and business processes across 55 global offices. This role will be based in our central London office. Engaging with the project team and business representatives, the Change & Deployment Analyst conducts analysis to input into Change & Deployment deliverables and contributes to the development of these deliverables for specific projects. Change & Deployment deliverables include: Change definition (including current state analysis), Change Impact Assessment, Stakeholder Analysis, Change planning, Communication materials, Business Readiness Assessment. This role is part of the Change and Deployment (C&D) Team that enables the timely implementation of new supporting systems and business processes, across the 55 SCI country offices, the 5 Regional Offices and the Centre. In order to be successful you will bring/have: * Outstanding communication skills (written & oral English), including the ability to communicate and present to different types of audiences with different levels of understanding of the subject matter * Advanced analytical and problem solving skills * Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiation/mediate; to facilitate the resolution of conflicting business requirements * Proven process/workflow analysis skills * Understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies * Proven experience in facilitating productive workshops, preferably in multi-cultural contexts * Excellent follow-up skills This role offers a competitive package in the context of the sector, a competitive company pension scheme, life assurance, and 30 days annual leave.
