You'll work in collaboration with PwC's human capital community to develop programmes and initiatives that foster an open and inclusive environment. Job description * Report to the National Wellness Leader of the firm; * Covering Mainland China, Hong Kong & Macau operations; * Overseeing the overall total benefits strategy (e.g. Flexible Benefits, Insurance and Behavioral reward etc), perform market benchmark, design the total product package, re-engineer each upstream and downstream process workflow; * Act as a Functional Lead to design and productise wellness ecosystem (e.g. flexible benefit platform for employee and clients); * Act as an Subject Matter expert for the management, in developing market intelligence, publishing thought leadership papers; * Be the go-to person on reviewing all strategy, policies and processes relating to Firmwide benefits; * Work closely with the Technical and Commercialisation Lead, to ensure all technological requirement translates into various user story from a functional perspective; * Work closely with the Total Reward Lead to ensure the overall remuneration package is well balanced; * Up-skilling your team members on sophisticated benefits design and renewal strategies and drives the development of tools and solutions on flexible benefits; * Keep track and share the latest industry trends with the leadership team and be able to advise strategic direction and create demand for new products/services on wellness; * Source, lead and participate in new business opportunities with potential strategic partners. Requirement * Experience in leading flexible benefits projects from Benefits/Insurance brokerage or consulting firm; * 5-6 years of experience with in-depth knowledge and Subject Matter Expert in health care and benefits; * Ability in identifying, designing, recommending and implementing efficient, innovative business solutions; * Good at curating a solid business case with story, data and insights; * Great project management and execution skills; * Good at data mining, processing, and extracting insights in a short time frame; * Ability in managing Wellbeing team to meet project tight deadlines; * Experience in managing senior stakeholder including peer and business leaders; * Utilizing effectively written and verbal business communication skills within a professional business services environment, including interacting with internal staff management & staff, and external vendors; * Fluent in Mandarin & English (Cantonese will be a bonus).
