We have an exciting new opportunity for an excellent administrator within our Wellbeing, Safety & Resilience team. About the role At the BHF we are committed to creating a safe, health and inclusive workplace. Our "Live well, Work well", programme aims to inspire and support staff and volunteers to live a healthy and happy life, at home and at work. As the Wellbeing Engagement Assistant, you'll play a pivotal support role in the team. Providing administration and coordination support to the Wellbeing Engagement Manager, to sustain and strengthen the BHF's staff and volunteer wellbeing programme. You'll lead on the administrative elements of our wellbeing projects, including scheduling, logistics, agenda and minute-taking. Acting as the first point of contact, for incoming queries from staff and volunteers, you'll ensure they receive an excellent level of service and great customer experience. About you With excellent communication skills, you'll be comfortable building relationships and dealing with internal and external stakeholders. You' ll have strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to work to agreed deadlines. An efficient and motivated team-player, who can adapt to fast paced needs within the team. You'll be IT literate and proficient in MS Office and have experience using database.You'll have an interest in wellbeing within the workplace and an interest in encouraging employees to get involved with our Wellbeing Programme. Ideally you will have experience coordinating a project or programme. Knowledge or experience of the retail sector would be desirable.
