Our Diversity and Wellbeing team focuses on initiatives and strategies designed to attract, develop, and promote diversity. You'll work in collaboration with PwC's human capital community to develop programmes and initiatives that foster an open and inclusive environment. Reports to the National Team Lead of Diversity and Wellbeing China and Hong Kong, the successful candidate will be the Product & Commercialisation Lead in the Diversity and Wellbeing Team, your job role will include: - Provide product planning and go-to market model, including managing the product throughout the product life cycle, gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision - Lead and build the bridge with SMEs, GTS, vendors to deliver winning products. - Works with Wellness team to build commercialisation strategy to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met, while ensuring product and marketing efforts support PwC's overall strategy and goals. - Assess commercialisation risk relating on-going app feature development - Liaise with internal Stakeholders for commercialisation opportunities - Facilitate test plan for system test, integration test and end to end testing with all parties - Ensure testing activity meets NIS test acceptance criteria, metrics and quality assurance process - Create test scenarios, test cases and identify testing participants - Lead the entire testing process until sign-off The successful candidates should illustrate the following personal attributes: * Demonstrate courage, passion and integrity * Strong logical thinking and attention to detail * Communicate with impact and empathy * Able to navigate through complex problems, logically and pragmatically and evaluate situations independently * Actively shares ideas and knowledge * Lead and contribute to team success * Able to build and sustain trusting relationships with people from different backgrounds and geographical locations * Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
