Position Description ****Position Description: SEI's Institutional Group is one of the first and largest global providers of outsourced investment management services. We deliver integrated retirement, healthcare and nonprofit solutions to more than 480 clients in 12 countries. In the UK our core propositions are Fiduciary Management and Defined Contribution Master Trust.****We are now looking for a Sales Support professional to support business development directors and consultant relations in contributing to the achievement of revenue targets within Institutional Sales. **What you'll do: * You will be responsible for account strategy and management, which will mean developing individual account sales strategy alongside the sales rep and proactively following up and executing sales tactics throughout the sales process. This will involve pre-meeting research and preparation of sales materials. * You'll be responsible for territory management encompassing new appointment setting, prioritisation of sales strategies and management of the Client Relationship Management tool. * You will work with the Consultant Relations Director to prepare research for meetings with consultants as well as completing periodic data requests and general enquiries from consultants. * You'll provide RFP process support giving direction to the RFP team on specific deal strategy, co-ordinate and write specific responses to meet individual prospect requirements and manage Sales materials through the compliance process. * You will assist in new business development through proactively seeking out and qualifying sales opportunities and developing where appropriate. * You'll support the Sales team by attending networking and industry events and ensure the internal communication of activity across the team, all the time working to achieve team and individual targets.** Position Requirements **What you'll bring to the table: * You will ideally be degree educated (or equivalent) and possess practical experience in an investment environment. * You will have a clear and demonstrable interest in financial services sales and ideally the Institutional marketplace coupled with an understanding of the markets and various asset classes. * You will be proficient with all Microsoft Office products (in particular PowerPoint and Excel) and are able to pick up other systems and databases easily. **Attributes we value: * The credibility to influence both internal and external stakeholders through all forms of communication. * A strong work ethic with the ability to handle and deliver multiple tasks and projects within tight delivery schedules. * Possessing hunger, potentially looking to develop into a direct sales role.
