dLocal is looking for full-time results-driven talent for our sales team working remotely from London. The ideal candidate is extremely independent, merchant-focused, and able to take smart risks based on solid strategy and deep customer understanding. We are a fast-paced company seeking candidates who like working directly with customers and grow with us. This role is ideal for someone sales-minded who is looking for a career path that offers a future in sales or account management. Key Responsibilities: ? Sell dLocal?s payment solutions to e-commerce cross border merchants and PSPs generating new business. ? Identify and implement new market development opportunities that contribute to the growth of dLocal?s business. ? Identify opportunities to secure new business by establishing relationships with clients and prospects. ? Manage a variety of client accounts; understand client needs and strategize with team members to meet those needs. ? Build and develop long-term strategic partnerships with global merchants. ? Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts. ? Maintain personal networks, participate in professional organizations, attend conferences and industry events, and develop other means of generating interest from potential clients. ? Help our sales team as a regional expert. ? Help us structure, implement, and manage growth-related operational strategies and processes. What we're looking for: ? London area resident who is passionate about emerging markets, open to constant change in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, a self-starter, completely independent, open to working across time zones with teams all over the world. ? 3+ years of sales experience, preferably at a technology company, with a track record of top performance. ? Experience in payments or other financial systems is a plus. ? Proven success partnering and working cross-functionally to make things happen. ? Established a relevant business network. ? Someone willing and able to take smart risks based on solid strategy and deep customer understanding. ?Exceptional communication skills and the ability to solve tough problems. ? Team player ? can effectively lead a team/project or participate as an effective team member as well as work cross-functionally with other organizations. ? Proven deal closer and a strong negotiator. ? Thorough knowledge of the market. ? Fluent in English is a must. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. ? Able to travel internationally.
