Core accountabilities 1. Work directly with store manager & community connector to create annual market community plans that drive business results in-store and online 2. Utilise all touchpoints of the community 80:20 and ensure brand image is consistent in your market 3. Lead and build upon authentic relationships with ambassadors, influencers, and brands-sharing the brand and building awareness 4. Create epic Tier 3 local activations that inspire and transform guests 5. Track and measure impact of tactics and actions (including storytelling, partnerships, guest sentiment, awareness/buzz and traffic) 6. You know the identified market well, have your finger on the pulse and can identify what makes it one of the best cities in the world The finer print: Passion, knowledge and involvement in yoga, and/or other fitness, health or sports activities required. We expect that you will be in enrolled in participating in weekly fitness activities in and out of the store with the store team. * Bachelor's degree in marketing or business related field and 2 years' experience in the Community/marketing field * Proven ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate with other key decision makers in a complex matrix environment * Creative and strategic thinker who has delivered results through execution * Consumer experience with a youthful, cutting edge, influential brand (global retail environment is a plus) * Self-motivated yet thrive in collaboration and team work * You actively live and breathe the lululemon culture and are a people person that makes friends everywhere you go To Apply for this position: If you are seeking a position in a company which fosters and supports health and fitness, personal development, growth, change, responsibility and overall success please submit your resume and cover letter directly to this posting.
