Job Description

* Work with VP of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) to design, implement and manage D&I related programs and initiatives in countries / regions * Develop EMEA Diversity & Inclusion strategy and vision, providing guidance and consultation to HR partners, business leaders, managers, and employees * Integrate diversity and inclusion across all business and HR functions, collaborating closely with business and HR partners, including Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, etc. * Provide regional oversight and support for Business Resource Groups and related programming and events in EMEA and APAC, and advise on programming to ensure impact * Lead and manage multiple diversity & inclusion projects and/ or programs, from initiation through to execution, working collaboratively with cross functional partners and stakeholders * Identify opportunities for retention and advancement of diverse talent * Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to increase diversity partnerships and diverse hires in EMEA * Provide insight of regulatory and policy developments affecting areas of responsibility * Provide thought leadership, best practices, and innovative ideas to address the unique challenges in the region * Conduct on-going research on demographic trends and best practices, identifying and recommending strategies for enhancing diversity and inclusion efforts * Build relationships with senior leaders and ensure active engagement, support of diversity and inclusion initiatives, and integration into business, employment and talent practices * Identify, leverage and promote external diversity partnerships to support D&I goals * Analyze quantitative and qualitative data trends to evolve D&I programs Mininum Qualifications: Business experience of driving change management in Diversity & Inclusion strategies * Diversity & Inclusion subject matter expert with experience of building successful relationships, in advising and influencing business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders * Program and project management experience, from initiation through to execution, across functions and region (EMEA at a minimum) * Experience developing key success measures that drive impact * Experience with diversity content development and facilitation * Experience with strategic operations of scaling data-driven diversity and inclusion strategies and programs * Experience with research and data analysis
