We are looking for a manager to unite and oversee EMEA's growing UR Diversity, Programs & Operations teams. This person will oversee all operational projects/internship programs integral to the EMEA UR team, as well as diversity recruiting/programs and initiatives. Manage/oversee our EMEA Operations, Diversity and Intern Programs teams 2. Provide care, mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the team, following a strengths-based approach to people management 3. Help drive recruiting initiatives and process improvements integral to our recruiting function. This includes mapping of processes and improved communications to help identify opportunities for efficiency, team on-boarding and development and enhancement of knowledge management across the team. 4. Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the multifaceted elements of the intern program and drive appropriate consistency across sites 5. Set EMEA UR diversity strategy and goals, identifying opportunities for collaboration 6. Utilize strong labor market expertise to identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies for the University team 7. Work with cross-functional counterparts across our regions to ensure collective consistency in strategy and execution 8. Direct the work efforts and deploy resources to accomplish the diversity strategy outcomes 9. Provide reporting to the UR leadership team around diversity initiatives and efforts 10. Partner with international programs leaders to assure a shared global strategy and outcomes 11. Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives with global programs team and international partners 12. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Legal, Diversity, Mission Control, Finance, PR, Growth, Facilities, HR, etc) 13. Compile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary 14. Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet FB business objectives 15. Manage team's headcount planning, hiring, training, alignment of workload, and budget planning Minimum Qualifications: 16. 4+ years of recruiting management experience 17. 8+ years recruiting experience 18. Experience with compiling, analyzing and capturing insights from data to support business decisions 19. Strategic thinker with exceptional data analysis and analytical skills 20. Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally and virtually 21. Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, ability to be detail-oriented, strong organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: 22. 4+ years direct university recruiting experience 23. Experience in a high tech environment 24. Experience leading/managing diversity recruiting/programs 25. Project management/process improvement experience 26. Experience working cross functionally and holding people accountable for deliverables without a formal reporting structure 27. Experience working independently with minimum supervision and leading multiple projects simultaneously involving various groups / locations / vendors. 28. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity. Industry: Internet
