Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.  Partnering with the Talent, Leadership & Inclusion team to design the company Diversity & Inclusion strategy and with leaders across the business to execute the strategy Partnering with employee network leaders to set, resource and execute their global plans Coaching network leaders to build effective programmes for powerful engagement and impact internally and externally Using data and insight to ensure the company are solving the right problems and making progress with the right solutions Providing thought leadership, deep insights and a consultative approach when partnering with Executive leadership Working with a range of stakeholders and partners, at all levels, to articulate and embed programmes of work underpinned by the company strategic goals Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and create goals to address gaps in diverse candidate pools, application pools, and ultimate hiring decisions   You have a proven track record of delivering strategic behavioural programmes, in large matrix organisations. Experience building D&I thought leadership and utilizing that thought leadership to build market leading brand A generalist at heart – but with substantial spikes and proven expertise in at least two of these areas: diversity & inclusion; leadership effectiveness; engagement; and career development. You know what great can look like in these areas – because you’ve implemented them in other organisations A comprehensive view of what leading organisations are doing to drive inclusive behavioural change; performance through people, and why it works for them. You’ve learned from that view – but you use it as a starting point, not a ‘lift and shift’. You’ve successfully worked as a team to build and implement solutions, at scale, from the ground up You’re highly credible and build partnerships with leadership teams who have limited tolerance for ‘HR speak’. You have very high standards and a relentless focus on results You have a large network of relevant people that you draw on for support and expertise – you’re self-aware enough to acknowledge that you can’t be an expert in everything Constantly learning, you have a desire to be genuinely progressive in everything you do - there’s nothing you hate more than the idea of being part of a People function that thinks of itself as ‘back office’ A great coach who can assemble, align and engage teams to deliver exceptional work Excellent EQ and arguably better AQ (adaptability quotient) Ability to work at pace, joining the dots quickly to solve complex problems You are tech and social media savvy and know how to leverage these to maximise message impact
