Join the Data Services team as a Data Migration Specialist! Data Services specializes in regulatory audit and ediscovery litigation support requests and ensures that historical data from a customer's legacy solution is migrated into Global Relay Archive. We are currently looking for analytical candidates with solid administrative experience and technical aptitude to join our bright, diligent and dynamic team. The Data Migration Specialist is a customer service role that focuses on requests related to data going in and out of customer archives as well as assisting customers with the management of that data. You will become a subject matter expert in data management and related services (e.g. Data Imports, Data Exports) within financial and compliance-regulated industries. Your Job + Provide exceptional first-class assistance while helping customers manage their data within their archive + Perform project coordination and administrative duties such as answering phone and email requests, and CRM data entry + Organize, analyze and validate data, reports and agreements + Escalate urgent customer issues, bugs, and requests (analyzing, summarizing, and proposing plan of action) + Present solutions to our customers' needs based on Global Relay's policies, procedures and technologies + Must be available for the occasional evening or holiday shift to ensure 7x24x365 department coverage About You: + 1-3 years' experience in a dynamic office environment preferred + Post-secondary education; undergraduate degree or equivalent experience + Previous legal, technical, and/or business communication required + Previous administration experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously + Ability to write and speak English fluently, with strong editing skills + Possess excellent problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail + Ability to exercise strong judgment, tact, and discretion, and can be entrusted with confidential information + Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team and with minimal supervision + Strong technical aptitude and an appetite for continuous learning and self-improvement + Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook + Intermediate technical/desktop trouble-shooting skills and computer proficiency + Proven ability to self-manage and prioritize, while working on multiple projects concurrently + Experience in supporting software for Fortune 500 or other large companies is desirable Global Relay is the leading provider of cloud-based archiving, supervision, eDiscovery, and analytics to the global financial sector.
