Develop good understanding about the firm's policy and guidance, which are based on ethics requirements imposed on CPA profession 2. Act as the central contact window both internally and externally to communicate the firm's policy with the aim to enhance level of compliance 3. Act as an instructor to deliver training internally, including new joiner / new manager orientations, internally organised personal Independence workshops etc 4. Prepare and localise Traditional Chinese translation of guidance, scripts etc. 5. Reconcile investments portfolio with internally recording system and communicate the result with people 1. Have strong Traditional Chinese and English skill as the firm's policy is written in both of the languages 2. Have sense of responsibility on assigned work and good working attitude 3. Have good communication skills, willing to communicate with others, especially when problem identified 4. Have good customer service mindset 5. Be a good team player and willing to support when needed 5.
