Job Description Details Due to growth and investment in Performance and Retention Marketing here at QVC, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team, based in our commerce and media centre in Chiswick Park, West London. You will be an expert in your field, developing engaging campaigns to acquire a new and loyal customer base. You will work closely with our Retention Specialists and Digital Store teams to drive progress and target new names for the business In this role you will be responsible for: * Plan, execute and control campaigns in assigned performance marketing channels (Channels: Search & Shopping, Affiliate & Paid Social, Retargeting, SEO)Develop weekly and monthly goals with regards to New Names, Sales, Spend and Incremental Ebit driven by the assigned performance marketing channel (s). * Setting up campaigns, track and improve results on an ongoing basis based. * Sharing best practices across QVC International developing a close relationship with your peers in the international markets as well as with the Performance Marketing Manager for QVC International. * Driven by insights of executed campaigns the role develops continuously new business opportunities in the assigned channels Skills Knowledge and Experience: * Experience in Performance Marketing Practise. Proven success in driving profitable sales and customer development. * Basic technical knowledge Performance Marketing Tools (e.g. SQL, Implementation or testing of Pixels, Tealium) * Strong Experience in setting up campaigns in assigned performance marketing channel, e.g. Search & Shopping (Google Platform) or Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram). * Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to present complex issues in a customizable way * Proven ability to work on different levels up to executive level and to work in an international environment with teams in different markets * Strong experience in translating data insights into clear actions and having the capability to convince and engage other stakeholders.
