ISS is a leading provider of Responsible Solutions to the Investment Management community. We are offering an exciting, creative, team oriented sales environment for someone looking to advance their career in financial services. We are seeking a highly enthusiastic Junior Sales person to help drive revenue growth for our business across the ISS' Nordic territories, supporting the existing team of sales executives. The role will focus on new business and will involve educating clients and prospects on the ISS suite of Governance and Responsible Investment services to a range of asset owners, investment managers, and Hedge Funds. The role will be based in Stockholm with a Nordic focus and is ideal for an individual looking early on in their sales career with the prospect of moving into a Sales Executive role at ISS in one and a half to two years Key Objectives + Assist sales team in achieving new business targets by identify key prospecting opportunities. + Develop thorough understanding of ISS product sets in order to effectively demonstrate what we can offer to prospects. + Work with Senior Sales representative to grow the pipeline of new business opportunities among existing client base and new prospects through cold calling, e-mails and marketing campaigns. + Assist in the creation of pitch books, proposals and sales collateral. + Maintain opportunity records and pipeline content in online CRM (Salesforce) and other tools. + Utilize Excel, PowerPoint and other applications to track and build data on prospects + Fluent in English and at least one other European language. + Outstanding writing, communication and presentation skills. + Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new content, sales strategies, and learn new products and services. + Ideally 1-2 years' experience in sales, account management or relevant internships. + Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience. + Candidate would ideally be based in London. #L1-CT12 ID: 2020-3007 External Company Name: Institutional Shareholder Services Inc External Company URL: www.issgovernance.com Street: 1 London Bridge
