An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Global Marketing Team, Continence Care Function! As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading, collaborating on and supporting a wide range of cross-functional projects that will define, shape and implement our vision. This role is a brand-new position that provides an exciting opportunity for someone to join a key growth area for the business, offering you excellent growth and development opportunities. Key duties and responsibilities ofSenior Product Manager include: * Market research and analysis to understand the complete needs of users and key stakeholders. * New product development project involvement, through to launch and life-cycle management. * Customer experience innovation & development, including digital tools & support. * Conception, definition and implementation of core marketing materials for launches. * Go-to-market strategy support for new solution offerings. * Helping to create the most respected marketing team in Medical Devices. To be successful in this position you will have: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent with excellent grades * Experience in a leading role in new product development projects * Proven ability to successfully deliver cross-functional projects to deadlines * Proven leadership and execution skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving * Demonstrated analytical and creative abilities * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Flexibility and ability to lead or input on multiple projects * Passion for technology and marketing, with an entrepreneurial spirit * Self-motivated and interested in self-development It would also be desirable to have: * MBA from a top ranked Business School * Experience in MedTech as a product manager or R&D lead engineer * Experience working with global markets ConvaTec provides equal employment opportunities for all current employees and applicants for employment.
