Job Purpose: Reporting into the Head of Sales Intelligence, you will provide day-to-day support for the global sales operation and assist the sales team to achieve their personal and corporate sales goals. You will review closed orders, provide daily sales reporting, produce and collate commission reporting for the Cirium Sales Intelligence team as required. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities: * Analysis of Sales Reporting for all sales achieved ensuring accuracy of data against key criteria * Review and qualify all required data fields on Salesforce.com and manage discrepancies * Update Sales Reporting spreadsheets as required ensuring accuracy of data in line with commission schemes * Work within targets and deadlines including financial accounting periods and payroll cut-offs * Ensure accuracy of data entry to support consistency of commission payments across the whole Sales team * Highlight any notable discrepancies to the Sales Support Manager and take appropriate action * To complete any other quality control checks as required * Creates, maintains and runs daily, weekly monthly sales reporting as needed by Head of Sales * Runs monthly commission reporting * Assists the sales team with any sales figures queries * Acts as subject matter expert for sales performance metrics within Cirium SF.com Experience Required: * Strong experience of Salesforce.com * Experience working with large volumes of data, combining and reconciling data from different sources with ability to turn data into insights * Excellent understanding of the sales function and goals * Stakeholder management * Data analysis, visualisation and presentation * Highly organized and with an eye for accuracy * Proven successful communication skills; oral and written * Management of workload and ability to effectively multi-task * Expert Microsoft office skills especially in Excel * SQL is a plus About Reed Business Information Reed Business Information (RBI) provides information, analytics and data to business professionals worldwide.
