As an experienced strategist, consultant and implementer in our team, you will have an opportunity to: * Drive, develop, and communicate plans that enables our people to execute and embrace lasting transformation by empowering them to change their behaviour focusing on critical things that drive successful results. * Be part of a team to lead and coordinate the overall operations/digitization transformation and change management workstream to ensure alignment and synergy across different Business Unit and Lines of Service. * Develop actionable change management plans based on an understanding of current and desired future states. This involves the development of stakeholder/end-user engagement plan, organization readiness analysis, communications, interventions, training and adoption plan. * Work collaboratively with the Digital Innovation Lead, cross-departmental Business Unit Leaders/Heads to support initiatives throughout the project lifecycle including planning of workflow, tracking of progress on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and reporting results, preparing reports and proposals as well as presentation to the stakeholders. * Define metrics and measure benefits and adoption. Ensure key messages are communicated accurately and timely using innovation channels. Measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. * Facilitate engagement and coordination with IT, Finance, Administration, Human Capital and key business groups to drive the firm's operational excellence, automation and people strategy. * Manage and coordinate BU engagement teams to design, develop and drive implementation for a client-centric workplace experience for the firm. Preferred Knowledge/Skills Demonstrates abilities or proven record of success by: * Managing and implementing complex projects across multiple teams, a wide range of stakeholders and objectives with conflicting and competing priorities * Grasping new topics quickly, prioritising, problem-solving, synthesizing findings and proposing practical solutions that work in the given context * Communicating and dealing with potentially contentious issues effectively and to influence various parties * Working autonomously with limited direction * Curiosity/passion for digital and emerging technologies (not expected to have prior technical background) * Understanding performance metrics and project reporting * Understanding project technology, e.g. project and portfolio management, applications to quantify cause and effect of delays * Understanding of Agile/Scrum * High proficiency in standard MS Office Suite (Visio, Project, Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and G Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs) and PowerBi *Only shortlisted candidates will be notified due to the high number of applicants for this role.
