Job Description

In this cross functional role, reporting to the Digital Director EU, you will be working closely with all teams across the whole business from tech, to Marketing, Legal, Regulatory to deliver digital marketing projects with focus on lead generation. With your attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills, you will develop & deliver the full life-cycle digital projects. As well as a coordination and lead role, you will work closely with business owners to develop business cases, project budgets and resource plans. You'll be working with both internal stakeholders and 3rd Parties to deliver projects on time and to budget. You will be responsible for coordination of an external big digital agency project and wider-business comm; counting on a second level project management at agency side. You will be supporting colleagues from different countries as well as business managers from other departments to help them to develop project management skills, templates and a culture from within. The successful candidate will have digital experience at a senior level, preferably in a corporate communications environment managing integrated MarCom's projects, ongoing maintenance, online tools, apps, digital advertising, email campaigns, video and animation. Duties and Responsibilities You will be : Overseeing, coordinate and own the development of the digital transformation project execution, coordinating internal priorities' calendar, different internal stakeholders, the main external clients(markets) and an external big agency Owning the SEO-SEM and Social Strategy Producing appropriate documentation in support of digital projects including project and resourcing plans, risk and issue logs, functional and technical specifications, and regular project Scoping work and budget control Inputting to and organizing testing to guarantee quality of delivery to the company Your key stakeholders will include : Internally : - EMEA Digital Director - Countries National Sales manager - Global AWC Marketing (Advance Wound Care) - MRL - Business unit Sr Director - Medical/Clinical Affairs/Finance - Information Management - Product Manager Externally : One Agency Model (end to end including media) Creative & Strategic Marketing Agencies (direct marketing skills are mandatory) Digital Agencies (SEM, SEO skills are necessary to deal with them) Publications Brand Ambassadors (end-user/consumers) Travel Requirements: There will be some travel for internal sales meetings, customer presentations, major conferences, meetings with Consumer Sales & Operations Team Language Skills Required: English fluent Languages optional but highly appreciated: Italian, French, German and Spanish II. Education/Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Masters in: Marketing, Digital Marketing would be ideal but not essential Knowledge of different project management methodologies, tools, techniques and standard practices (Prince2, Agile, SCRUM, MOSCOW, RAID log, Risk Management, Change Management, Stakeholder analysis, RACI matrix) Experience: Experience in a senior project management role Excellent organization skills Experience of working with third parties and suppliers to deliver projects Significant experience managing project budgets and skill to work with complex MS Excel workbooks Demonstrable verbal, written communication and presentation skills Platform knowledge: Adwords, Facebook business Manager, Google Analytics, Sprout or Spreadfast or similar, Marketing Automation tools, Mailup or Mail Chimp, Marketing CRM aspects expert Key Competencies: Ability to direct and lead others confidently and have to manage our agency partners effectively. Analytical with great attention to detail High standards approach Strong numeracy skills; for estimating, scheduling, production purposes and managing the budget Expert at own time management and setting own and others work goals; Capturing on time projects, ensuring the correct time is being inputted by the agency team Managing resource planning and raising issues (I.e. under/over resourcing, project slip, scope creep, etc). Technically astute Confident working alongside the technical team to specify and document new functional and technical solutions An excellent understanding of web projects and implementation methodologies A very good understanding and knowledge of web standards; Usability, compatibility issues, accessibility constraints and opportunities within the industry and the ability to draw on expertise to continually improve in this area Familiarity with multiple technology platforms, i.e. mobile apps, web, email and streaming media Ability to demonstrate an informed opinion about the digital marketplace Forward thinking, with an ability to innovate and leverage technology as it evolves.
