Job Description
Job Title - Enterprise Architect - Contact Centre & Servicing Location - Radbroke Hall, Knutsford It's an exciting time at Barclays; we're driving change to become the leader in the digital market. As the Enterprise Architect for the Contact Centre Transformation Cycle, you will be accountable for supporting the definition of technology architecture, and the creation of the Concept/E2E Solution Designs. You will be creating and developing the Concept, End-to-End Solution including Functional and Technical designs, ensuring the architectural governance approvals are obtained You will be creating the technology strategy, roadmaps and vision for the Contact Centre & Servicing initiatives You will be working in close collaboration with the Lead Architect, Solution Architects and the Technology and Business functions of the group You will be maintaining and tracking technical debt as a result of any changes to target state solutions to accommodate project You will be supporting evaluation of the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement You will be designing and supporting the implementation of resilient, scalable solutions for the platform You will be ensuring Technology services processes and controls are designed to comply with group policies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations You will be articulating and establishing best practices and anti-patterns in application of technologies in question What we're looking for: Experience in architecting and delivering E2E solutions, including integration projects/programmes across disparate technologies, application/infrastructure integration Understanding of key consideration in Secure systems & software design, Resilience and High-Availability patterns for mission-critical applications Exposure to Contact Centre Product architectures, e.g. Avaya, Amazon Connect, CUCM, Omni Channel capabilities, Core Voice, Workforce Management, ETL, APIs, and more Ability to provide an excellent customer/client experience, underpinned by a lean cost base, strong controls and a culture of collaboration, innovation and high performance Skills that will help you in the role: Experience working within the banking/financial services industry as an Architect Stakeholder management skills Ability to present, in a clear and succinct manner, complex information to non-Technology colleagues Where will you be working?
