Job Description
Job Title - Product Architect Location - Radbroke Enterprise Technology CTO are responsible for the technology strategy, roadmap, architecture and design of the technology products that underpin Barclays. The Digital Workplace team focuses on end user and collaboration technology, designing Products and Services that support our colleagues to openly innovate, collaborate effectively and deliver in an agile way, through an evergreen and flexible ecosystem which constantly evolves to provide the required capabilities for Barclays. Leveraging strategic partnerships to enable acceleration and standardisation inline with our business priorities and through ruthless governance and control to maintain efficiency and lean delivery. The Product Architect (at AVP) contributes to the creation and maintenance of roadmaps for the technology products in their domain. They leverage their technical and industry knowledge to recommend the features and components that Barclays should develop. They support successful delivery through the creation of designs and architectural patterns. What will you be doing? Support the creation & management of multiyear product roadmaps. Enable successful transition to the target state by supporting the definition of features and releases, identifying and understanding inter and intra product dependencies. Create and document high & medium level technical designs together with supporting release documentation Work within programs to successfully deliver product change and program objectives. Resolve challenges in product development in conjunction with vendors, engineering and defect managers. What we're looking for: Knowledge of Mobile and/or Productivity solutions and the platforms, applications, protocols and security elements that comprise them. Experience in designing or implementing Mobile and or Productivity solutions Experience in compliance and surveillance integrations with Mobile and or Productivity platforms Ability to understand technical challenges and define resolutions working in collaboration with technical and non-technical colleagues Skills that will help you in the role: Experience of working within a global regulated enterprise Experience with global Mobile and or Productivity platforms and solutions Where will you be working?
