Job Description

Role Summary: Responsible for providing commercial reporting for PPS. Intermediate level professional position requiring subject matter knowledge and experience, more independence in problem solving and decision making. Essential Responsibilities: + Providecommercial insight to the leadership team, ensuring appropriate challenge andanalysis, and proactively identifying business opportunities and risks to drivebusiness growth. + Executethe PPS management reporting process to accurately reflect current andforecasted business performance, ensuring alignment between regions and productcompanies + Producereporting analytics to enable identification of key trends or issues in theBusiness that necessitate further analysis and discussion. + Partnerwith the Global Sales Leader to run QMI process & provide commercialfunction costs + Executethe PPS consolidated planning and budgeting processes in alignment withDivisional guidelines and timetables, incorporating appropriate challenge andanalysis. + Providefinancial modelling, pricing & analysis supporting projects and businessinitiatives. + Controland initiate backlog management and reporting + Ensurequarterly reporting requirements are met within set timeframe Qualifications/Requirements: + Significantexperience in multinational companies and regional position + Significantfinancial and commercial experience in a complex, diverse, multi-site business. + Demonstratedexperience in the evaluation of new business initiatives and the development ofbusiness cases to clearly articulate the benefits of identified opportunitiesor projects. + Demonstratedbusiness partnering experience. + Demonstratedability to challenge and influence senior manager level stakeholders toincrease revenue/profits in a fast paced environment. + High standards ofaccuracy and precision with highly developed organizational skills. + Ability to roll-upsleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity. + Demonstratedemotional maturity and professional integrity. + Strong financialknowledge in the consolidation of results, financial & managementaccounting.
