Our job is to supply the tools and services - the pots, pans, soups and sauces - they need to work better, faster and safer, leading to better patient outcomes. We are looking for a Core commercial finance leader to work with our expert Global commercial finance team of 11 employees across the world. Do you have a passion for commercial finance? What you'll do + Supporting Cytiva growth by building sales, orders & margin forecast for the short & long term for the EMEA region + Partner with Commercial GM for the region, zone & modality leaders in order to help them achieve financial targets + Analyse customers & continuously evaluate & assess risk & opportunities to the current forecast by leading fulfilment reviews and aligning cross-functionally with S&OP & Customer service teams Support annual budgeting & plan set-up for the EMEA region in collaboration with EMEA Commercial finance manager + Provide analytics & analysis based on sales funnel & historical trends to support the proposed forecast. Every member of the global commercial finance team has in addition a project that goes beyond the region with a global impact Who you are + Clear thinker / problem solving: successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function; able to quickly grasp new ideas + Good verbal and written communications + Ability to work as part of a diverse team + Analytical - pay attention to details and drives conclusions based on historical trends and industry dynamics + Open to new ideas and ways of working + Eager to learn new processes and implement new ideas + Challenge the status quo and understand the operational details behind the numbers Who we are Whatever your role, we bring purpose and challenge into our everyday work.
