Advance Commercial Equipment Ltd. is looking for Technicians:

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatch with other technicians.

2. Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to equipment, systems, and processes.

3. Tie workflow to schedule.

4. Manage all on site installations, repairs, maintenance, and test tasks.

5. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.

6. Produce timely and detailed service reports.

7. Document processes.

8. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

9. Operate vehicle in a safe and timely manner and use field automation systems.

10. Follow all Company’s filed procedures and protocols.

11. Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.

12. Comprehend customers requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.

13. Build positive relationships with customers.

14. Maintain and arrange all technical support spaces including service areas.

15. Place orders through administrative team for supplies and tools for operations.

16. Maintain health and safety standards during all operations and repairs on and off Company property.

17. Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.

18. Assist warehouse staff as required on stock deliveries and the likes.

19. Follow all Company policies and procedures.

20. Perform any other related duties as may be required from time to time.
